What is Welcome Day? A one-day schedule to introduce the center and process (work) before joining the company and conduct a face-to-face interview.
In the case of forklifts, a practical test is conducted at the Forklift Training Center after passing the exam and joining the company.

■ 12-month employment contract / extended according to evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract
(Including 12 weeks of probationary period. However, the probationary period may be shortened depending on the number of days worked as a daily worker in the 3 months immediately preceding joining the contract.
