Job description
GMTech Co., Ltd. is a partner company of Korea's leading automobile parts, portable emergency power devices, and EV core sensor manufacturers, and is recruiting injection molding production talent as it expands its line.

▶Main tasks
-Samsung SDI-related auto parts plastic injection and assembly
-Assemble energy storage device (cooling fan, battery case, wiring)

▶Work type: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) / 2nd shift work: Daytime 08:00~20:00 (overtime 17:30~20:00) / Night 20:00~08:00 the next day

▶ Salary
- Monthly average of over 3.6 million won - Regular hourly wage of 10,533 won applied (basic hourly wage of 10,060 won)
- Bonus paid: 100,000 won for less than 3 months / 75% for more than 3 months to less than 1 year / 150% for more than 1 year, 3 times a year when working for 1 year (New Year, Summer, Chuseok)
-Various allowances paid: Overtime allowance (normal hourly wage
Late night allowance (20:00~06:00 the next day, normal hourly wage x 0.5 times x working hours)
Full-time allowance (10,000 won per month paid separately when full work is completed on weekdays every month)
Weekend work allowance (normal hourly wage x 2 times)
Weekend overtime pay (when working more than 8 hours on weekends, normal hourly wage x 1.5 times)
