SEMPER M is a company expanding the global urban infrastructure market based on the Pallet-less Robot Parking System, MPSystem.

MPSystem is not a simple mechanical parking facility, but a next-generation robot parking infrastructure that combines a robot parking system, vehicle transport system, and operating interface.

This recruitment is not simply about selecting an overseas sales manager.
We are hiring a global project sales representative who discovers actual projects with overseas partners, designers, developers, and construction companies, and manages the MP System to ensure that it is reflected in designs and drawings and leads to contracts.

■. What do you do?
GLOBAL overseas sales representatives are responsible for creating actual projects with overseas partners.
The main tasks are as follows:

· Discovery and management of overseas partners and partner candidates
· Collection of project information from overseas developers, designers, construction companies, and public institutions
· Check whether the project is real: check customer, drawing, budget, decision maker, schedule
· Holding meetings with designers and developers jointly with overseas partners
· Prepare data and evidence so that MPSystem can be reflected in project design and drawings
· Management of meeting minutes, activity logs, and supporting materials for each project
· Check data such as contracts, purchase orders, advance payments, and letters of credit at the contract conversion stage
· Project pipeline management by country

Qualifications

■. Compensation structure
The basic annual salary for new employees is 35 million won.
The rewards below may be added depending on performance.

· Basic annual salary: 35 million won
· Role performance compensation: KRW 2 million per year to a maximum of KRW 8 million per year depending on performance
· KPI performance bonus: paid separately according to company performance evaluation standards

Role performance compensation is based on actual project performance, not simply the number of meetings or emails sent.
For example, if the following achievements are confirmed, you may be eligible for role performance compensation.

· Step 1: Securing proven overseas partners or actual project candidates → Approximately 2 million won per year
· Step 2: Secure a valid project with confirmed customer, drawing, budget, and decision maker → Approximately 4 million won per year
· Step 3: Securing a project with MPSystem reflected in design and drawings → Approximately 6 million won per year
· Step 4: Securing projects converted into contracts

Role performance compensation and KPI performance bonuses are paid in accordance with company standards, performance evidence, evaluation and approval procedures.
