< Recruitment Department / Responsibilities >
* Cooking assistant duties (supporting sous chef and head cook, performing basic cooking duties)
* Confirmation and management of food material receipt, inventory organization and storage
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards
* Cleaning and maintenance of cooking utensils and equipment
* Overall auxiliary work for smooth kitchen operation

< Position / Responsibilities >
* Assist in basic food preparation and support Sous Chef and Chef de Partie
* Receive, check, and manage food ingredients; organize and store inventory
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and comply with hygiene standards
* Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
* Support overall kitchen operations for smooth workflow

< Qualifications / Preferences >
* Experience working in an international hotel or high-end dining kitchen
* Experienced person in the same position and graduate from a related department
* Holders of cooking-related qualifications (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cooking technicians, etc.)
* Has good communication and service mindset
* Schedule/shift work available
* Able to communicate in foreign languages such as Korean and English

* Experience in international hotels or fine dining kitchen operations
* Experience in a similar position or relevant culinary education background
* Certified culinary skills (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cuisine certificates, etc.)

* Korean, English or other foreign language communication skills preferred

Qualifications

The work schedule is 5 days a week, and the salary starts at 29,000,000 won per year for new employees in 2026. Experienced positions are negotiated according to the company's internal regulations.
