Taiwan Business Manager (Taiwan Business Manager)

Define the key issues to be solved for achieving the number one position in the Taiwan market, and lead the execution of solutions. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
• Analysis of the Taiwan market and monitoring/analysis of competitors
• Operation of community (Discord, Threads, Dcard, PTT, Plurk, etc.), user response, collection and analysis of VoC through user interviews
• Analysis of Taiwan user behavior data and marketing data/deriving insights
• Establishing hypotheses based on VoC and data, and conducting rapid experiments/validation
• Analysis and procurement of characters, worldviews, and content suitable for Taiwanese user preferences, quality control of traditional Chinese localization
• Improvement of acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels, discovery and execution of IP and local partnerships
• Designing and monitoring key metrics, collaboration with each team, and project coordination/management

• Ability to define problems independently in uncertain environments and lead the process from solution derivation to execution end-to-end
• Ability to navigate across product, marketing, and operations without job boundaries, and perform practical tasks such as CS response or community writing if necessary
• Ability to combine qualitative insights (VoC, interviews) and quantitative data to formulate and validate hypotheses
• Ability to communicate smoothly in Korean for work and communicate with local users in Chinese (traditional)
• Understanding and liking female-oriented content (otome games, web novels, webtoons, subculture, idols, etc.) and the emotions of its users

• Experience living and working in Taiwan, or experience in entering or launching in the Taiwan market
• Overseas growth experience in consumer apps, games, and content platforms. Especially experience in 0→1 or 1→10 stages
• Relevant service work experience in AI character chat, otome games, web novels, and webtoon platforms
• Heavy user who enjoys using AI character chat services
• Ability to actively utilize AI tools across all work areas (research, analysis, content creation, automation, etc.) to achieve high productivity independently

• Salary range: Negotiable based on experience/skills
