• SMT production technology

3. Qualification requirements
• Education: High school diploma or higher (mechanical, electrical/electronic, materials, industrial engineering field preferred)
• Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience (assistant manager level), 8 years or more (manager level) preferred.
• Experience in SMT, electrical components, and electronic component production technology
• Experienced in process improvement, facility condition optimization, and yield improvement activities
• Able to understand basic drawings and proficient in using MS Office

4. Preferential treatment
• Experienced in automotive electronic parts/SMT business
• Experience working at 1st and 2nd tier suppliers of Hyundai and Kia Motors
• Experienced in responding to IATF16949, ISO9001, and SQ
• Experienced in facility introduction and line construction
• Those who can work in local areas / nearby residents preferred
• Dormitory provided

5. Working conditions
• Employment type: Full-time employee (3-month probationary period, conversion to regular after evaluation)
• Working hours: 5 days a week, 08:30 ~ 17:30 (daytime/overtime/special work depending on company production plan)
• Workplace: Sapgyo-eup, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (detailed address will be provided during interview)
• Salary: Negotiated based on experience and capabilities (detailed discussion during interview)

6. Selection procedure
