< Recruitment Department / Responsibilities >
Support for setting up tables and banquet halls according to event schedule
Prepare for service after briefing and understanding the training content before the event
Providing food and beverage service (course service, serving drinks, clearing empty plates, etc.)
Responding to customers and processing requests during the event
After the event, clear the tables, reset the banquet hall, and tidy up the equipment.
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations on site
Support for daily workers and new employees as needed

< Qualifications / Preferences >
* Experience working at International Hotel
* Experienced person in the same position and graduate from a related department
* Preference given to those with excellent Korean language skills (those with Korean-related qualifications such as TOPIK)
* Has good communication and service mindset
* Schedule/shift work available
* Able to communicate in foreign languages such as English

[Position/Responsibilities]
- Support table setup and banquet hall preparation according to event schedule
- Attend pre-event briefing and prepare service based on training and instructions
- Provide food and beverage service (course service, beverage service, clearing used dishes, etc.)
- Handle guest requests and provide assistance during events
- Reset banquet area after events and organize equipment and tables
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations in all event areas
- Support temporary staff and new employees when needed

[Qualifications/Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in international hotels or hospitality industry preferred
- Experience in a similar position or degree in a related field preferred
- TOPIK or other Korean language certification holders preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules
- English or other foreign language communication skills preferred

The work schedule is 5 days a week, and the salary starts at 29,000,000 won per year for new employees in 2026. Experienced positions are negotiated according to the company's internal regulations.

5-day rotating shift schedule. Starting salary for 2026 entry-level is KRW 29,000,000 per year. Experienced candidates will be considered based on company policy and individual negotiation.
