Kia is looking for a Global Talent Brand Marketer who can contribute to recruiting talents who will lead sustainable mobility in a situation where global talent diversity is secured and the roles and capabilities of excellent talents are expanded.
Under the slogan “Join the Movement,” in addition to talent recruitment activities, we are also conducting recruitment promotion/marketing activities to widely publicize Kia’s recruitment brand as a great place to work for global excellent talents.

Job details
[Global Talent Branding Activities]
- Establishment of PR/marketing strategies for securing excellent talents
- Planning/execution of PR/marketing related to global talent diversity
- Global communication related to talent management/corporate culture competitiveness

[Establishment and operation of Global Talent Lounge]
- Operation/improvement of Global Talent Lounge
- Content planning/production/operation

※This recruitment is a contract position, and after 1 year of service, we will discuss whether to convert to a regular position or extend the contract position (up to 2 years for contract positions)

- Foreigners with a bachelor's degree or higher

- More than 3 years of global marketing and brand planning experience

- Experience in digital marketing and social media channel operation/PR work

- Experience in in-house recruitment and PR planning/operation work

- Possess a residence permit for business activities or no disqualifications for future E-7 residence permit issuance

Preferences

- Majored in marketing/branding, management, PR, and communication

- More than 5 years of related work experience
- Possess business-level Korean* and English skills

* TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualification
- Possess ITT (Interpretation and Translation) qualification (English, Korean)

- Possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
