[Qualification Requirements]
Java or Python development experience
SQL usage skills (intermediate or higher)
Understanding of RDBMS such as MySQL
Experience in Linux server operation or log analysis
Understand network and infrastructure basic structures
Technical writing and communication skills.
(Relevant Chinese language skills required, Korean language required)

[Main tasks]
1. SaaS operation and stabilization
Naver Cloud-based SaaS operation management
Version updates and access rights management
Linux log analysis and failure cause identification
Improved SLA-based failure response and recurrence prevention process

2. Technical troubleshooting
SDK and data collection error analysis
Response to DB format and structure issues
Diagnosing the cause of technical problems within the customer environment
Code-level problem solving through collaboration with HQ

3. Data integration and migration
Design and execute customer data migration
Perform DB migration project
Data pipeline structure analysis and improvement

4. Pre-sales technical support
Designing technical architecture for new customers
POC (Technical Verification) in progress
Solution introduction feasibility study and technical explanation

[Preferential treatment]
Naver Cloud or AWS experience
Understand messaging/cache systems such as Kafka, Redis, etc.
Data pipeline design experience
Possess cloud-related certification
Ability to read and communicate technical documents in English
