What is Welcome Day? A one-day schedule where the center and process (work) introduction is conducted before joining, followed by an in-person interview.
For forklift operators, practical tests will be conducted at the forklift training education center after acceptance and joining.

■ 12-month Employment Contract / Extension based on evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract
(Probation period includes 12 weeks. However, the probation period may be shortened based on the number of days worked as a daily worker in the 3 months prior to joining as a contract worker)
