■ Recruitment process
Simple application ➔ Phone consultation ➔ Welcome Day ➔ Final acceptance
What is Welcome Day? A day for introducing the center and processes (jobs) before joining and conducting face-to-face interviews.
For forklift operation, practical tests will be conducted at the forklift training center after passing and joining.

■ 12-month employment contract / Extension based on evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract
(Includes a 12-week probation period. However, the probation period may be shortened based on the number of days worked as a daily worker in the 3 months prior to joining as a contract worker)
