⚑ 3. Documents required for applying for D-10-1 visa

◼ First, there are two types of people: those who are exempted from the point system and those who are exempted from the point system. Those who are exempted from the point system can apply when international students first apply for a job seeker visa after graduation, or students with excellent Korean language proficiency from domestic universities. Therefore, I will first explain those who are exempted from the point system and then explain those who are exempted from the point system!

 ⦁ Score system Exemption Special Case(First job change after graduation from an international student/Excellent Korean language proficiency from a domestic university)

- Common documents such as application forms

- Job search plan

- Graduation certificate or degree certificate

- Valid TOPIK score report card of level 4 or higher or Social Integration Program mid-term evaluation certificate or pre-evaluation score report (81 points or higher)

- Proof of residence document

 ⦁ Applicants of the scoring system

- Common documents (application form, photo, passport copy, fee, ID copy, etc.)

- Job search plan

- Degree

* Graduates of domestic junior colleges or higher: Academic transcript

(Exempt from submission if confirmed by the Immigration Management Information System/International Student Information System)

* Overseas university graduates: Academic transcript

(Submit only one of the following documents: graduation certificate, degree certificate, or degree acquisition certificate)

→ If you graduated from an overseas university ranked within the top 200 in the world by Time Magazine or within the top 500 in the QS World University Rankings (applies to our school only)

- Proof of living expenses

* Bank balance certificate, etc. showing an amount equal to or greater than the ‘Annual Single-Person Household Housing Allowance Standard Amount × Number of Months of Stay’ (Ex. Documents proving living expenses (Minimum 900,000 won per month X 6 months = approximately 5.4 million won)

※ However, those who are changing their residence status from a student (D-2) to a job-seeking (D-10) for the first time are exempt from submission.

- Proof of residence document

- Documents deemed necessary for other point system evaluations
