It applies when starting internship (training) activities or changing training institutions within the range of occupations from professor (E-1) to specific activity (E-7).

Lack of training qualification requirements for foreigners
If the company fails to meet the requirements for hiring foreigners
② Companies that abuse interns

Exceeding 10% of full-time workers
Companies with less than 10 employees20% standard
However, those who are actually hired after completing the internship are not subject to this restriction.
