Job Details
[Overseas regional Kia Connect Store business planning and operation support]
- Kia Connect Store business management based on collaboration with local teams in North America/Europe
- Establishment and implementation support of regional business strategies
- Setting and management of regional KPIs to achieve global sales goals
- Analysis of regional sales performance and writing of reports
· Derivation and suggestion of improvement points based on performance analysis
- Exploration of regional business expansion opportunities
- Flexible policy adjustment and risk management according to local laws/regulations
- Collaboration with various departments such as sales/marketing/CS to adjust and implement global policies to suit the region
- Management/support of customer VoC and current issues
· Service improvement through monitoring of customer feedback
[Global market analysis]
- Benchmark and analysis of global competitor trends
- Periodic research on global media (press agencies, PR/marketing content, etc.)
- Support for overseas market research
※ This recruitment is a contract position, and after 1 year of service, we will discuss whether to convert to a full-time position or extend the contract position (maximum contract position 2 years)
Qualifications for application
- Foreigners with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who are not disqualified from issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future
Preferences
- Those who have a degree in business administration or MBA
- Those who have the following experiences
· Global stakeholder collaboration
· Those who have experience in operating a global e-commerce business
- Those who have the following language skills
· Business-level Korean language proficiency
* TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualifications
· Native-level English proficiency
* OPIc Level AL or higher or similar qualifications
* Business-level third foreign language proficiency
- Those who have experience and knowledge of the automobile industry
- Those who have the ability to establish strategies and analyze performance based on market data
