[VoC Data Analysis]
- Operate VoC data analysis
· Build VoC data analysis dashboard and operate analysis program using Sprinklr solution
- Collect and analyze VoC data
· Collect and analyze customer feedback data in detail
- Discover insights based on VoC data
· Analyze customer feedback data to derive insights in various areas such as products and customer experience
[Build and operate online VoC community]
- Support VoC community build project
· Support Kia internal online community build project using Sprinklr (global project)
- Design community-based insights
· Develop VoC collection, analysis, and operation plan within community
[Planning to improve VoC management system]
- Plan and participate in VoC management system improve project
- Support planning of Contact Center build solution such as Salesforce in addition to Sprinklr
- Develop VoC data integration management and utilization strategy
※This recruitment is a contract position, and after 1 year of service, you can be converted to a regular employee or a contract position We will discuss whether to extend the contract (up to 2 years for contract workers)
Qualifications for application
- Foreigners with a bachelor's degree or higher
※ Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who are not disqualified from issuing E-7 residence permit in the future
Preferences
- Those who have the following language skills
· Business-level Korean language proficiency
* TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualifications
· Native-level English proficiency
* OPIc Level AL or higher or similar qualifications
- Those who have experience in VoC data analysis and are proficient in utilizing solutions
