It serves as a control tower that oversees Kia's AI business strategy and service planning, and communicates with the in-house development organization, operation organization, and local organizations in each global market.

In particular, it is an organization that plans and applies AI services to on/offline customer channels as well as in-vehicle AI service applications.
Job details
[AI technology research]
- Review and introduction of new AI technologies/trend technologies
 · New AI algorithms (machine learning and predictions through them), latest generative AI papers and commercialization/business cases, on-device AI technologies, sLLM, etc.

[AI CX service planning]
- Planning/designing CXJ (Customer Experience Journey) for introducing new AI technologies
- Planning personalized services that integrate AI service-based data (customer/vehicle information)
- Localization of AI conversation policies and overseas legal review

※This recruitment is a contract recruitment, and after 1 year of service, we will discuss whether to convert to a regular employee or extend the contract (up to 2 years for contract employees)

Qualifications for application

- Foreign nationals with a bachelor's degree or higher

- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who are not disqualified from issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future

Preferences

- Those who majored in AI and computer engineering

- Those who have experience in AI CX service planning and global operation

- Those who have the following language skills

· Business-level Korean language proficiency

 * TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualifications

· Native-level English proficiency

 * OPIc Level AL or higher or similar qualifications
- Those who have internal and external networking and communication capabilities in various fields
