Job Details
The following [Global Sales] and [Ownership Education Support] positions are scheduled for selection.
[Global Sales]
- Comprehensive support for overseas base business operations such as regions/corporations/dealerships
· Wholesale/retail performance management, promotion cost management, OTD (order/production/accounts receivable/shipment management)
- Support for overseas base sales and profitability improvement through timely production/shipment management by region/vehicle type
- Identification and improvement of overseas base needs through analysis of market trends and current issues/issues
- Export vehicle transportation logistics (inland/sea/air/customizing), transportation insurance, account receivable inspection (letter of credit/TT, etc.) and payment collection, shipping documents and internal accounting management
[Ownership education support] (Kia Osan Education Center work/dormitory provided)
- Support for educational content production
· Support for technical/non-technical English content development, educational content translation review
- Support for technical education lectures
· Support for production of English textbooks for new car/diagnosis technical education (including translation review), support for technical education lectures (interpretation, etc.), Depending on the acquisition of vehicle technology knowledge and delivery skills, some technical training classes are conducted
- Education operation management
· Management of overseas regional education certification rates, monitoring of regional education center (KTC) operation status, and support for KTC instructor communication
※ This recruitment is a contract recruitment, and after 1 year of work, there will be discussion on whether to convert to a regular employee or extend the contract (up to 2 years for contract employees)
Qualifications for application
- Foreign nationals with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who are not disqualified from issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future
Preferences
- Those who have fluent English and Korean* skills
* TOPIK Level 5 or higher
- Those who are proficient in using MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Those who have experience participating in science and engineering or automobile-related competitions and giving lectures to large audiences (limited to ownership education support work)
