Organizational Introduction
We are a team that builds and operates an organizational development platform based on Kia's organizational culture of 'customer-centered, people-centered', with the goal of strengthening the organizational capacity of the entire company and unit organizations.
We acquire data on organizations and people through quantitative and qualitative diagnosis, and scientifically analyze this to carry out effective intervention activities for domestic and overseas organizations.
Job Details
[Organizational Diagnosis and Analysis]
- Develop and operate an optimized organizational diagnosis tool according to the characteristics of the organization (role/size/issues, etc.)
- Analyze qualitative/quantitative diagnosis data and derive insights

[Organizational Intervention Design and Support]
- Design and support direct and indirect implementation of interventions to strengthen organizational capacity using quantitative/qualitative diagnosis results

※This recruitment is a contract recruitment, and after 1 year of service, we will discuss whether to convert to a regular employee or extend the contract (up to 2 years for contract employees)

Qualifications for application

- Foreign nationals with a bachelor's degree or higher

- Those capable of advanced statistical analysis based on data science knowledge

- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or are not disqualified from issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future

Preferences

- Those who have a degree in statistics, organizational psychology, or a related field

- Those who have experience in survey development and data analysis, and organizational intervention design

- Those who have business-level English and Korean* skills

* TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualifications
- Those who have trust and empathy for people and organizations, and the ability to actively interact and communicate with others
