The Sustainability Management Team pursues balanced growth of the company and society through corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
To this end, it presents differentiated social contribution directions based on Kia's vision and capabilities,
conducts social projects in various fields, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, as a company-wide ESG leading organization, it carries out tasks such as establishing and managing ESG strategies and responding to external evaluations.
Job Details
[Operation of GLP (Green Light Project)]
- Promotion and operation of GLP project/performance management
- Internal reporting and external promotion of GLP project
- Communication with related stakeholders (NGO, local government, regional headquarters)

[Planning of employee volunteer group linked to GLP (Green Light Project)]
- Promotion and operation of global employee volunteer group participation program linked to GLP project
- Internal reporting and external promotion

[Management of overseas social contribution]
- Operation of overseas social contribution council
- Understanding/reporting on overseas regional/corporate social contribution status and donations

[Survey of the latest global CSR trends]
- Investigation of global CSR benchmarking cases and derivation of insights

[Planning of new social contribution]
- Analysis of domestic and international social issues and discovery of social contribution ideas
- Selection of collaborative organizations and implementation of new social contribution programs

※This recruitment is a contractual position, and after 1 year of service, we plan to discuss whether to convert to a regular position or extend the contract position (maximum 2 years for contract positions)

Qualifications for application

- Foreigners with a bachelor's degree or higher

- More than 4 years of experience in a related field

- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who do not have any disqualifications for issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future

Preferences

- Those who have business-level Korean and English skills

 * (Korean) TOPIK Level 5 or higher
  (English) Opic AL or higher or similar qualifications
- Those who have experience working at a global company

- Those who have experience in carrying out projects or external activities in a related field

- Those who have experience creating social value through a company's social contribution manager, social venture startup, or volunteer work

- Those who have experience planning and operating online campaigns and have excellent social media utilization skills
- Those who have a high sense of purpose and can complete tasks proactively

- Those who understand and collaborate with diverse cultural backgrounds

- Those who are fluent in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
