Introduction to the organization
The English name of our organization is Global Brand and CX (Customer Experience) Division, and the English words 'Global', 'Brand', and 'CX' clearly show the role and responsibility of the Customer Experience Division.
First, our organization plays a central role in establishing Kia's brand strategy, specifying it, and disseminating it. Kia recently declared brand-centered management and is focusing the company's capabilities on mid- to long-term brand improvement, and this is being promoted by linking the company with our organization as the center.
The second role we perform is CX (Customer Experience). We design a new customer experience for the entire purchasing journey from the area where Kia's customers recognize Kia and its products to purchasing, owning, and repurchasing products. We establish the company's customer experience strategy in the areas of marketing, online and offline customer channels, and AS. Recently, as online customer experience has become more important, we are focusing on strengthening the company's digital capabilities.
Finally, we are disseminating and implementing these brand and customer experience strategies to overseas regional headquarters around the world. The Vehicle Experience Team is in charge of planning and developing improvements to the in-vehicle customer experience in the Global Brand and CX (Customer Experience) Division.
Job Details
[Trend/UX Analysis]
- Discover insights through trend/UX analysis in various areas of vehicle experience improvement such as autonomous parking, charging, and connectivity
[Survey]
- Check the direction and suggest improvement measures through expert surveys on the results derived such as new vehicle sounds and new AI voices linked to the brand
※This recruitment is a contract recruitment, and after 1 year of work, we will discuss whether to convert to a regular employee or extend the contract position (up to 2 years for contract positions)
Qualifications for application
- Foreign nationals with a bachelor's degree or higher
- Those who have a residence permit for business activities or who do not have any disqualifications for issuing an E-7 residence permit in the future
Preferences
- Those who have the following language skills:
· Korean language proficiency at a business level
* TOPIK Level 4 or higher or similar qualifications
· English proficiency at a native speaker level
* OPIc Level AL or higher or similar qualifications
- Those who have the following capabilities
· Open attitude and creative thinking in various fields of experience
· High adaptability to new technologies/trends/environmental changes
· Fast learner with an active and positive disposition
· Quick understanding of business needs and new areas of work
