< 모집부문 / 담당업무 >
* 조리 보조 업무 (수쉐프 및 주임 조리사 지원, 기본 조리 업무 수행)
* 식자재 입고 확인 및 관리, 재고 정리 및 보관
* 주방 청결 유지 및 위생 기준 준수
* 조리 기구 및 설비 정리 및 유지 관리
* 원활한 주방 운영을 위한 전반적인 보조 업무

< Position / Responsibilities >
* Assist in basic food preparation and support Sous Chef and Chef de Partie
* Receive, check, and manage food ingredients; organize and store inventory
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and comply with hygiene standards
* Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities
* Support overall kitchen operations for smooth workflow

< 자격요건 / 우대사항 >
* International Hotel 또는 고급 다이닝 주방 근무 경험자
* 동일 직급 경력자 및 관련 학과 졸업자
* 조리 관련 자격증 보유자 (한식·양식·중식·일식 조리기능사 등)
* 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 서비스 마인드 보유자
* 스케쥴·교대 근무 가능자
* 한국어, 영어 등 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

< Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications >
* Experience in international hotels or fine dining kitchen operations
* Experience in a similar position or relevant culinary education background
* Certified culinary skills (Korean, Western, Chinese, Japanese cuisine certificates, etc.)
* Strong communication skills and service mindset
* Ability to work in rotating shifts
* Korean, English or other foreign language communication skills preferred

주 5일 스케줄 근무이며, 급여는 2026년 신입 기준 연 29,000,000원부터 시작합니다. 경력직은 회사 내규에 따라 협의합니다.

5-day rotating shift schedule. Starting salary for 2026 entry-level is KRW 29,000,000 per year. Experienced candidates will be considered based on company policy and individual negotiation.
