행사 일정에 따른 테이블 및 연회장 세팅 지원
행사 전 브리핑 및 교육 내용 숙지 후 서비스 준비
음식 및 음료 서비스 제공 (코스 서비스, 음료 서빙, 빈 접시 정리 등)
행사 진행 중 고객 응대 및 요청 사항 처리
행사 종료 후 테이블 정리, 연회장 리셋 및 장비 정돈
현장 내 위생 및 안전 규정 준수
필요 시 일용직 및 신규 직원 지원

< 자격요건 / 우대사항 >
* International Hotel 근무 경험자
* 동일 직급 경력자 및 관련 학과 졸업자
* 한국어 능력 우수자 우대 (TOPIK 등 한국어 관련 자격증 소지자)
* 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 서비스 마인드 보유자
* 스케줄·교대 근무 가능자
* 영어 등 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

[ Position / Responsibilities ]
- Support table setup and banquet hall preparation according to event schedule
- Attend pre-event briefing and prepare service based on training and instructions
- Provide food and beverage service (course service, beverage service, clearing used dishes, etc.)
- Handle guest requests and provide assistance during events
- Reset banquet area after events and organize equipment and tables
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations in all event areas
- Support temporary staff and new employees when needed

[ Qualifications / Preferred Qualifications ]
- Experience in international hotels or hospitality industry preferred
- Experience in a similar position or degree in a related field preferred
- TOPIK or other Korean language certification holders preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts and rotating schedules
- English or other foreign language communication skills preferred

주 5일 스케줄 근무이며, 급여는 2026년 신입 기준 연 29,000,000원부터 시작합니다. 경력직은 회사 내규에 따라 협의합니다.

5-day rotating shift schedule. Starting salary for 2026 entry-level is KRW 29,000,000 per year. Experienced candidates will be considered based on company policy and individual negotiation.
